For 10 wings, cut off "wing fingers" and split into 20 half wings. In a Plastic sandwich bag, put about 1 cup or more of flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. You can also add Italian or Cajin seasonings if you wish. Most anything works. Wash wings, place in bag and shake to coat wings lightly. Grease or "Pam" a cookie sheet; lay out the wings and place in a 375-400 degree oven for 45 minutes to brown. Turn over and cook for an additional 15 to 30 minutes. In a small sauce pan, melt 1/4 stick of butter or margarine. Add about 1/2 cup of Frank's Hot Sauce (or Durkees or Louisiana hot sauce). 1/4 cup for mild. You can add some Habanero sauce too for extra taste. Mix. Remove wings from the oven. Place in a bowl with a cover or a plastic sealable bag. Pour sauce over. Cover and shake. Eat.
